I am truly big on raising awareness for domestic violence. So for project 3, I have decided to do my topic on domestic violence. Since domestic violence is such a controversial issue, I have decided to create a blog dedicated to those victims who are in abusive families, homes, or relationships. I am hoping this can be a place for current or former victims of abuse to share their stories to others publicly or anonymously. By sharing these stories, I strongly believe that these victims will encourage each other that there is hope and a future ahead of them. On the other hand, people can also go to this blog to post their concerns, questions, or views of domestic violence. By bringing these people together in this blog, I hope that it will unite victims full circle that love does not have to take place in a form of violence. Furthermore, my goal for this project is not just to inform people the effects of domestic violence, but there are other ways to bring people together to be more aware of this cause.
